What to Expect From Your Sessions

Learn More About Hypnotherapy

Working with me starts with a free telephone consultation. During this call, I will explain what to expect during the session, introduce the basics of NLP (neurolinguistic programming), and describe what hypnotherapy feels like. This initial consultation is a vital step to ensure that both you and I feel confident about working together. If you decide to proceed and I believe I can assist you, we will schedule your hypnotherapy session.

Prior to your session, I will provide you with a few small tasks to help you prepare. These tasks are designed to get you ready for the session and to start the process of changing your mindset.

The first part of the session is focused on changing your thought patterns using various NLP techniques. These techniques are aimed at helping you reframe your relationship with your problem and building a solid foundation for lasting change.

Once you’re comfortable, the session will move on to the hypnosis phase. During this part, you’ll learn powerful techniques to manage your issue. This deeply relaxing state allows your subconscious mind to absorb new, healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. To reinforce the session, you’ll receive a recording of the hypnosis to take home, which you can use to continue supporting your journey.
