Knowing that I was terrified of air travel and going on theme park rides I asked Sarah if she could help me. We had a BIG holiday booked for Disney and universal in Florida for my husbands retirement and I didn’t want it spoiled by my hang ups … A few online sessions with Sarah and a recording to listen to and I was all set. My husband had no faith but I knew … We got to the park after unpacking just to get the feel of everything and I decided I needed to get on a ride. My husband was gobsmacked.. Day after day I was ticking off all the rides I had never been able to go on before. Daily photo’s sent to Sarah … sorry, but I was thrilled for this change in my confidence.
To say I would recommend Sarah is an understatement.. she really did help me and in doing so my husband and I enjoyed the holiday of a lifetime.. thank you Sarah

Wanted to wait for some-time before writing a review. i Saw Sarah for a stop smoking session 5 weeks ago, i haven't smoked since and normally found this very difficult once I've had a wine or 10. safe to say many barrels have been consumed since but one noticeable difference is 0 cigarettes. i'm beyond happy.
Sarah was really lovely and thorough during the session also.
Perhaps i should have a session for less wine lol. Jokes aside, i would fully recommend Sarah. Thank you so much

I had been a smoker for 24 years... finally the little voice appeared to tell me its time to stop! Knowing how dependant on and controlled by smoking I was I needed help. With Sarah's hypnotherapy session I am completely smoke-free and the on-going tools and support I have is making what I thought was going to be a very long, very painful process not really that bad at all!
